This policy explains how we ship orders for Modern World Magick, a collection of Ork Fist Creative, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). For return and refund details, see our separate Return & Refund Policy.
1. Processing Time
- Ready-made items (e.g., in-stock prints, small physical goods): typically ship within 3 business days of order.
- Personalized/made-to-order items: typically ship within 5 business days of order to allow production time.
- Digital downloads: delivered automatically by email/download link immediately after payment is confirmed — no physical shipping involved.
- Processing times may extend slightly during holiday/Q4 season.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
- We ship via USPS, with rates calculated at checkout based on package weight/size and destination.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has shipped.
- A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships, where available.
3. Sales Tax & Destination Sourcing
Colorado sales tax on shipped orders is calculated based on the buyer's delivery address (destination sourcing), not our Colorado location. Applicable tax is calculated automatically at checkout.
4. Local Pickup / Market Sales
Some items may be available for local pickup or purchase in person at a market or booth, where noted on the listing. Local pickup orders skip the shipping process entirely and are handed off directly.
